Business Development Representative

Userlytics, one of the market leaders in the user experience testing industry and one of the fastest-growing platforms, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting outbound leads and assisting the BD team with various relevant tasks.
Our clientele includes enterprise companies of all sizes and the agencies that support them. As a Business Development Representative, you will be prospecting related leads and adding them to our sales systems. You will be taking discovery calls with prospects to qualify leads before handing them off to Account Executives. You will also be assisting our Account Managers by prospecting new opportunities within existing client accounts. Additionally, the BDR will support the team by updating contact information within our CRM. The BDR will be required to update and maintain their LinkedIn Profile as it will be used in our prospecting process. The BDR may also be asked to take initial discovery calls with outbound prospects to qualify them for platform demos.
This position may offer growth opportunities, such as progressing into higher roles within our growing Outbound team, or transitioning to an Account Executive or Account Manager.
