Userlytics

Position type: Full-time

Location: remote, covering US Eastern time zone

Userlytics, one of the market leaders in the user experience testing industry and one of the fastest-growing platforms, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Business Development team. You will also be assisting our Account Managers by prospecting new opportunities within existing client accounts. Additionally, the BDR will support the team by updating contact information within our CRM. The BDR will be required to update and maintain their LinkedIn Profile as it will be used in our prospecting process. The BDR may also be asked to take initial discovery calls with outbound prospects to qualify them for platform demos.

This position may offer growth opportunities, such as progressing into higher roles within our growing Outbound team, or transitioning to an Account Executive or Account Manager.
